Frequently asked questions

  • You can create a new account two ways: with Google (recommended — one tap, no password to manage) or with email and password. After sign-up you’ll verify your email and complete your profile details (name, profession, practice name).

    If you’ve been invited to an existing practice, enter the invite code supplied to you during sign-up and you’ll join that practice instead of creating a new one.
