Sign up at app.greennotes.co.za with Google, Apple or email — it takes a couple of minutes. Your practice is activated immediately with a 14-day free trial, so you can start working right away.

Download the app for iPhone or Android
Record consultations and generate AI notes and letters on iOS, Android or the web portal. The portal also provides practice administration, billing and claims.

Log in with the account you created on the portal. Patients, notes, letters and settings sync across every device you use whenever it is connected.

Why do I sign up on the web first?
Your GreenNotes account and practice live on the web portal — that is where practice setup, team invites and subscriptions are managed. Clinical work, including recording and AI notes and letters, happens on the apps and the portal alike. Creating the account in your browser first means the apps are ready to go the moment you sign in.
I already downloaded the app — what now?
No problem. Create your account at app.greennotes.co.za/auth/sign-up in any browser, then open the app and sign in with those credentials.
What does the free trial include?
Explore the Clinical product for 14 days with no card: AI Scribe and letter generation on mobile and web, patient records, calendar, intake, consent and practice management. A demo patient helps you get started. Prescribing, billing and other products are separate.
Joining an existing practice?
Ask your practice owner for an invite, sign up with the invite code, and you will join their practice instead of creating a new one.
